Dr. Mladen Josijević holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac. He completed his master's and doctoral studies in energy and process engineering at the same faculty. His research focuses on renewable energy sources, energy management, and energy efficiency in households and industry, emphasizing the utilization of waste heat and selecting optimal technologies for its use. With 11 publications in reputable journals indexed in Web of Science and over 60 research and conference papers, he has actively contributed to the field. Dr. Josijević has participated in a research project funded by the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Serbia, two international educational TEMPUS/ERASMUS+ projects, and several international and domestic professional projects. He serves as a reviewer for various international and domestic scientific journals and is a member of the organizing committee for the scientific conference of the Union of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians of Serbia (SMEITS). His expertise lies in conducting energy audits and designing mechanical installations.
